Annual Meeting of the Parish - Advanced Notice

The next Annual Meeting of the Parish will be held on Tuesday 24th May in the Parish Hall starting at 8.00 pm.

The meeting is arranged by the parish council  but this is NOT a 'parish council meeting'; this a meeting of the parish where all parishioners have an opportunity to come together to hear reports from local groups and associations, to receive reports and updates on items of local interest and to express views about contemporary issues. 

An agenda will be issued later, however, probable items of interest will include updates on:

• the Sidemoor Picnic Area
• East Hill Farm
• the Batsworthy Cross Community Fund

there will be a guest speaker (TBA) and no doubt other matters of interest flagged up by members of the parish.
