Knowstone Parish has a number of clubs, associations, and activity groups, who meet regularly and add value to the everyday life of the parish.

Get Fit with Kim

Come and join Kim on Mondays 07:00 and Wednesdays 17:00 & 18:00 for a high energy, full body Circuit Training class £5 per class - get 6th one FREE. Limited places available so booking essential.
