Chilli Cook Off Details
1. Entries must be registered by Friday 5th July;
2. Entry is free for those entering the competition;
3. Chilli is to be made of 750g meat or meat substitute, all other Ingredients are the Chef's choice;
4. List of ingredients to be provided with each entry;
5. Chilli strength is based on Judge's opinion;
6. Judging will be based look, texture and flavour rather than heat strength;
7. Entries are to be brought hot and in an oven proof dish, saucepan or slow cooker;
8. Entries must be brought to the hall for judging between 6-6.30pm;
9. Judging to take place 6.30-7pm;
10. Judge’s decision is final;
11. 7pm Chillies made available for evening supper and social to be shared with Attendees.
