Please report rural crime - message from Devon & Cornwall Police

Please be aware that although the Police are working with our partner agencies to raise awareness of the importance of reporting rural crime, we have become aware that some theft of farm and plant machinery and equipment is not being reported to Police.  

Please report any farm thefts to 101 either on the phone or through the Devon and Cornwall Police website. 

It's so important that we build a picture of any issues that are going on and all reports will be logged and put on our system to help us target the correct areas and the right problems. If a crime is not reported, we cannot do anything to help you or the wider community.
