Mark Dodson of the Masons Arms publishes a cookery book

Congratulations to Mark Dodson of the Masons Arms on the publication of his cookery book “This Is Mine”. It is a collection of recipes for 70 dishes, many of them Masons favourites, and contains a foreword from one of Britain’s great chefs Michel Roux.

The book is now on sale via the The Masons Arms website or via mail order at a cost of £25 and £4.25 p&p if sent within the UK.
