Lack of Keep Fitters in Knowstone

Sadly due to dwindling numbers it is unlikely that the Keep Fit sessions will take place at the Hall  in November and the sessions will be cancelled completely from December. As with all things, if there is interest and willing participants (and organisers!) then these sessions, or something similar, could be reinstated in the future.
