Knowstone Business News - Update on the Sidemoor Picnic Area

In 2015 there was consternation in Knowstone Parish when it became apparant that DCC might close the parking and picnic sites either side of the A361 at Moortown Cross. After a short, sharp, campaign to save the sites, DCC agreed to renew the Cafe contracts and keep the sites open. Whilst the Cafe business operations on the Sidemoor site are healthy and viable, it is clear that there is the potential for complementary business activities to take place.
