Fantastic amount raised by the Knowstone Dance Club for Force

Every other Wednesday night a band of sprightly dancers from the Knowstone and Yeo Mill Dance Clubs waltz, quick step and square tango into the night. Each dance season they have a chosen charity and this time it was the Force Cancer Charity at Exeter. Together the two clubs raised £940 and the money will be ring fenced for use at Tiverton hospital for cancer treatment nursing.

On Wednesday 28th March the cheque was presented to Force and below you can see photos of a very dapper Ken Dykes and his glamorous wife Carol, who together run the Wednesday sessions, presenting the cheque surrounded by their fellow dancers.
