Latest Plans for East Hill Farm

NDC and DCC have put forward proposals to sell the farm house, and barns, at the East Hill Farm estate, Knowstone.

The intention will be sell the farm house, also the two barns (for barn conversions) and to build two units of affordable housing. As a part of the arrangement, Knowstone Parish would receive a small parcel of land (adjacent the highway close by Manor Cottage) for use as public space or amenity.
