Avian Influenza Prevention zone amendments came into force 28th February

Amendments came into force on 28th February with regard the Avian Influenza Prevention zone. Backyard chickens can now be kept in a fenced area as long as you are not within a high risk area. You can ascertain if you are in an high risk area by looking at Defra's interactive map. Knowstone does not appear to be in one.
