The agenda for the Annual Parish Meeting which will take place on Tuesday 22nd May has now been published. 

KNOWSTONE PARISH - NOTICE of ANNUAL PARISH MEETING 2018

The Annual Parish Meeting (APM) will be held in the Parish Hall, Knowstone on
Tuesday 22nd May 2018. Doors open at 7.00 p.m. with the meeting commencing at
7.30 p.m. Wine & cheese will be served prior to the start of the meeting.

All members of the public are invited to attend

AGENDA

1. Apologies for absence

2. Election of Chairman for the APM (Please note: If present at the meeting the

Chairman of Knowstone Parish Council is ex-officio Chairman of the APM)

3. Annual Reports from Knowstone Parish Council, Knowstone Parochial Church

Council, Knowstone Parish Hall Committee and other organisations, clubs & interest

groups will be published on our website www.knowstone.org.uk and a limited number

of printed copies will be available at the meeting.

4. Overview by Chairman of Knowstone Parish Council of the past year’s issues.

5. County & District Councillors – if present, our councillors may wish to present brief

summary reports.

6. Meeting open to Public Questions

7. Any other business
