Next film night will be the film Sully

This season's Film Night events will continue with "Sully", showing on Thursday, 8th February, at Knowstone Parish Hall. Starring Tom Hanks, this film is a thrilling portrait of heroic airline pilot Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger, re-enacting his incredible successful emergency landing of an Airbus A320 full of passengers on the Hudson River off New York.

Tickets will be sold at the door for £4.00 or, as usual, a fantastic "meal deal" of pre-film meal at The Masons Arms plus film ticket will be available for £16.00 (cash only, reservations made in advance with The Masons Arms). Doors at the Parish Hall will open at 7.00 pm, and the film will start promptly at 7.30 pm.

The final film for this season will be shown on Thursday, 22nd March. Whilst this is currently to be arranged, all attempts are being made to show "Paddington 2", dependent on the release date for single showing licence. Look out for advertising posters nearer the date!
